We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Executive – US Taxation. In this role, you will also collaborate with the Corporate department in the USA to resolve queries, complaints, and issues arising during the taxation process. Prior hands-on experience in US taxation or a similar role, preferably with a US-based organization, will be an advantage.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of US taxation and labor laws, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of US tax compliance requirements, including Federal, State, and Local Taxes.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise in US tax legislation with at least 3–4 years of relevant experience.
  • Manage the process of Federal and State tax deposits and tax return filings.
  • Review tax documents thoroughly to assess eligibility for additional deductions and credits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
  • Proven professional experience in US taxation or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with document archiving processes.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of US tax regulations.
  • Experience in team coordination and management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership abilities with minimal supervision required.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
