The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing Ollie's social media platforms, developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content, and engaging with the online community. The role includes planning and creating content, coordinating with the marketing team, analyzing performance metrics, and staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends. Collaborating with other teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals is crucial.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills
- Experience in Digital Marketing and using related tools and platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices
