Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's client base, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. The sales manager will also collaborate with the technical team to provide comprehensive solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets for Management System Certification.


• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and offering tailored certification solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.


• Prepare and present proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational capabilities.

Qualifications:


• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry.


• Proven track record of successful sales in a reputable TIC company.


• Strong understanding of management system certification processes and standards.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

At least 3 to 5 years of experience (preference shall be given to people coming from ISO certification sector)

Skills:

· Exceptional English Communication Skills (both written & verbal).

· Highly Motivated & Energetic and have a huge Appetite for Work & Growth.

· Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools particularly expertise in word, excel and power point.

· Good Time management, Teamwork & Team Management.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks.
