for its Pumps, Piping & Water Treatment division.

Job Title: Sales Manager (Pakistan)

  • Qualifications: BE / ME (Engineering discipline)
  • Experience: 10-15 Years of proven sales experience (preferably in industrial/technical products)
  • Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills
  • Ability to drive business growth and achieve challenging sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team for the Pumps, Piping, and Water Treatment divisions across Pakistan.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and road maps to achieve annual targets set by principals.
  • Expand market footprint across industrial, commercial building services (CBS), and water utility sectors.
  • Conduct joint visits with the sales team to support business development and deal closure.
  • Ensure customer retention through strong account management and proactive service.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the sales team to enhance performance and market knowledge.
  • Develop and manage a sales team in the North Region, oversee their activities remotely, and expand the business portfolio in the region.
  • Oversee complete sales operations, including order management, customer follow-up, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for management and principals.
  • Monitor competition and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the sales department.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
