We're Hiring: Structural Architect

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with international working hours)

Market Focus: International Construction & Design Projects

We are seeking a skilled Structural Architect to join our multidisciplinary design team. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in designing and detailing structural systems for diverse architectural projects, ensuring safety, performance, and code compliance for global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop structural systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to ensure design integration
  • Create detailed structural drawings, analysis models, and technical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with international codes, safety regulations, and client specifications
  • Review architectural and engineering drawings to identify potential design conflicts
  • Support design reviews, resolve technical issues, and integrate client feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in structural architecture or structural engineering
  • Proficiency in structural design and modeling tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE)
  • Strong knowledge of international building codes, structural systems, and construction methods
  • Ability to interpret and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP design requirements
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with international or Gulf-based projects
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection workflows
  • Strong portfolio showcasing structural design and documentation
