Candidate Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years in hospital front desk operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in hospital softwares and MS Office.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Description:
- The Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily operations of the hospital's front desk to ensure smooth patient registration, excellent customer service, and adherence to hospital policies.
- This role involves supervising Front Desk Officers FDOs, resolving patient and visitor concerns, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
