Front Desk Officer- Receptionist

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
