Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
  • Assist in administrative tasks like data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or similar role.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
