About the Role
We are looking for a
Project Manager – Books
to lead and manage the complete lifecycle of book projects from planning, editing, and design to production and final delivery. The role requires strong coordination, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure smooth collaboration with authors, editors, designers, and printers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project execution for book development.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout editing, design, and printing.
- Anticipate and resolve potential delays or challenges.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Publishing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in project management (publishing/creative industry preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a night-shift environment.
