Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Karāchi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, and handling diary management. Responsibilities also include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient operation of the CEO's office.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience in Executive Support and Expense Reports management
  • Diary Management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
