Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Karachi for a Solution Architect / Technical Lead. The professional will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of scalable software solutions, defining technical architecture, and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure quality. They will also ensure alignment with business requirements, oversee code reviews, manage technical risks, and provide mentorship to team members to foster technical growth.

Qualifications

  • Technical Architecture and Design: Expertise in software design principles, system architecture, and scalable solution development.
  • Development and Programming: Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies, coding standards, and full-stack development.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage project timelines, technical risk assessment, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Strong team leadership skills with experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  • Communication: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Agile Practices: Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments for software development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
