Job Description:

We are seeking a
Jr. to Mid-Level Unity Game Developer
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining engaging games for mobile and WebGL (HTML5) platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on Unity experience, a strong grasp of gameplay programming, and a passion for creating fun, high-quality player experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Game Development:
    Design and develop games in Unity for iOS, Android, and WebGL platforms, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.

  • Gameplay & Mechanics Implementation:
    Build core gameplay systems, mechanics, and logic based on design documents. Work on features like AI behavior, game physics, and level flow.

  • Animations & UI Integration:
    Implement character and UI animations using Unity's Animator Controller and Timeline tools, ensuring smooth and optimized transitions.

  • Playable Ads:
    Assist in developing small interactive demos or playable ads to support marketing goals.

  • Monetization Implementation:
    Integrate and maintain features such as ads, in-app purchases, and basic monetization tools.

  • Optimization & Debugging:
    Profile, test, and optimize performance for mobile and WebGL builds, addressing memory and frame rate issues.

  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with designers, artists, and senior developers to ensure project goals are met and deliverables are on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of professional Unity game development experience using C#.
  • Strong understanding of Unity's components, prefabs, and scripting workflows.
  • Experience developing and deploying games for mobile and/or WebGL platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with animations, UI systems, and asset integration.
  • Basic understanding of game optimization, performance profiling, and debugging.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience integrating third-party SDKs (ads, analytics, etc.) is a plus.
