Role Summary:
We are hiring a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition and revenue for our Android and iOS games. This role requires strong experience with campaigns, optimization, analytics, and mobile gaming monetization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize paid UA campaigns for mobile games


• Manage campaigns across Meta, Google, AppLovin, Unity Ads, TikTok, Mintegral, etc.


• Analyze ROAS, LTV, CPI, retention and cohort data


• Run creative A/B tests and improve conversion rates


• Collaborate with art and product teams for creatives and marketing assets


• Work with attribution platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular, Solar Engine


• Manage budgets, forecast spending, and ensure profitable scaling


• Prepare weekly performance reports and dashboards


• Identify new growth channels, markets, and trends


• Assist with ASO efforts and store optimization strategies

Requirements:


• 3+ years of performance marketing experience (gaming preferred)


• Hands-on experience with Android and iOS campaign optimization


• Deep knowledge of CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPU, retention metrics


• Experience with attribution and MMP tools like AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular


• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.


• Creative thinking and strong understanding of mobile ad creatives


• Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving ability

Bonus Skills:


• Experience in a game studio or publisher


• Familiarity with playable ads, influencer campaigns, and DSPs


• Knowledge of automation/scripting for reports


• Experience with ASO and app store testing
