Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Position Purpose:

SEO Executive is an important role at Reach First, who will be responsible for managing all Search Engine Optimization and marketing activities such as Content Strategy, Link Building, and Keyword Strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, along with managing all SEM campaigns.

Education & Professional Qualification:

• Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  
• Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in SEO is a plus.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of proven SEO and SEM Experience with website optimization tools and managing PPC campaigns across Google.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support in the execution of tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
  
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
  
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
  
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
  
• Recommend new website content based on content gap analysis.
  
• Develop and implement the link-building strategy.
  
• Assist the team in executing the holistic SEO roadmap to expand organic search presence.
  
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
  
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  
• Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
  
• Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid staying within search engine guidelines.
  
• Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines.
  
• Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.
  

Requirements

• Experience in Guest Post Outreach
  
• Knowledge of GMB & Local SEO
  
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  
• Experience with website analytics tools and bid management tools, and familiarity with Google Analytics.
  
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and resolve problems.
  
• Able to follow established processes and procedures.
  
• Overall, proactiveness has a positive impact on anything that they're working on.
  
• Understanding of all search engines and functions, as well as marketing.
  
• Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
