Position Purpose:
We're looking for a seasoned SEO expert to independently execute and contribute to full-stack SEO strategies across multiple clients and industries. This role requires a hands-on professional who can both strategize and execute across technical, content, and off-page SEO. You'll collaborate closely with our developers, content writers, and cross-functional teams to deliver performance-focused results.

Education & Professional Qualifications:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field from a reputed local or foreign university
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in SEO is a plus
  • Experience: 4+ years of SEO experience (agency or multi-client environment preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute full-scope SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page, and content), tailored to client goals
  • Conduct technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console, and provide developer-ready solutions
  • Collaborate with developers to fix indexing issues, improve Core Web Vitals, manage crawl budgets, optimize site structure, and implement schema markup
  • Build comprehensive keyword strategies including research, clustering, intent mapping, and page-level targeting
  • Provide SEO-optimized content briefs with structured keywords, internal linking guidelines, CTAs, and tone/style directions
  • Manage ethical link-building strategies: digital PR, HARO, outreach, niche placements, and backlink audits
  • Monitor and report performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, and other relevant analytics tools
  • Stay current with evolving search trends: Google algorithm updates, SGE, E-E-A-T, voice/AI search developments
  • Coordinate with writers, developers, designers, and project managers to ensure SEO is integrated throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Own and manage SEO deliverables across clients, ensuring deadlines are met, quality is upheld, and opportunities are actively pursued
  • Analyze competitors and SERP features to identify strategic content gaps and test innovative tactics
  • Provide SEO support during site migrations, redesigns, or domain transitions to maintain search performance


Requirements
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and off-page strategies
  • Strong command of SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GA4, GSC, Looker Studio
  • Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, a self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on results
