Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, in-depth knowledge of travel packages, and experience in dealing with customers in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Umrah, Domestic, and International travel packages to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide suitable travel solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel-related documents.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
  • Keep updated with latest travel trends, visa policies, and destinations.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident in customer dealing and presentation
  • Knowledge of Umrah packages, ticketing, and tour operations is preferred
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
  • Fluent in Urdu and English
