About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled
L3 Software Support Engineer
to handle complex technical issues for SaaS and on-premise products. You'll troubleshoot across front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve escalated software issues from L1/L2 teams.
  • Diagnose problems across application layers (frontend, backend, API, database).
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix root causes.
  • Maintain detailed records using ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in software, application, or technical support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, or similar).
