Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Opposite Millennium Mall, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Project Coordinator (Female) to support and manage daily project activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional attitude. You will be responsible for coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all project deadlines are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and organized records.
  • Track deadlines, follow up with teams, and update project status regularly.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and share follow-up notes.
  • Identify delays and escalate issues to management when required.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
