Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience in mobile app development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical teams, streamline workflows, and ensure timely delivery of mobile app projects. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a basic understanding of mobile app technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing mobile app development projects.
  • Collaborate with development, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth progress.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project reports.
  • Organize sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and review sessions.
  • Identify potential risks or blockers and escalate to management.
  • Ensure clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Support in quality assurance and user acceptance testing when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 1 year of proven experience in project coordination within mobile app development projects.
  • Basic understanding of mobile technologies (Android/iOS frameworks).
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Energetic and proactive personality
