Role Description

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager
to join our team on a
part-time remote basis
.

The selected candidate will manage and grow our presence across
TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish
    1 engaging post per day
    across all four platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Design eye-catching visuals using tools like
    Canva, Photoshop, or any preferred design platform
    .
  • Write captions and post content — you may use
    ChatGPT or any AI tool
    to assist with content creation.
  • Respond to all engagements
    — including comments, direct messages (DMs), and replies — within
    12 hours
    of receiving them.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
  • Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement to suggest creative improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth content scheduling and reporting.

This is a
flexible-time role
, meaning there are
no fixed working hours
as long as daily posting and engagement response deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong design sense and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to timely engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
