Position: Senior Creative Director – Creative & Brand Experience

We are seeking an exceptionally talented creative leader to own and elevate our entire brand image—how we are seen by customers, partners, employees, and the world. This role will oversee everything visual, experiential, and strategic that shapes perception of our group across all companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all design, marketing, and brand touchpoints—digital, physical, and experiential
  • Manage the marketing team, ensuring world-class campaigns across social media, advertising, and PR
  • Oversee website UI look & feel, photography, video production, and storytelling
  • Direct uniform design, interiors, signage, and space aesthetics
  • Create high-impact presentations, sales decks, and marketing materials
  • Shape employer branding to attract top talent and inspire employees
  • Position the company as a leader in philanthropy and community impact
  • Maintain brand consistency across business cards, packaging, events, and all visual details
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines for visual identity, tone of voice, and usage across all companies
  • Conceive and execute seasonal campaigns and product launches that set trends.
  • Stay ahead of global design, marketing, and cultural trends
  • Oversee event branding and experience design for pop-ups, sponsorships, and activations
  • Track brand perception, engagement, and ROI to ensure continuous improvement
