Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Managing Director located in Karāchi. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, lead strategic initiatives, manage and mentor teams, and ensure overall business growth and profitability. Responsibilities also include setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth, designing and implementing business plans, and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management Skills: Proven experience in a senior managerial position, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Experience in planning and executing business strategies, financial forecasting, and budget management.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, general management best practices, and familiarity with the digital marketing landscape.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in data analysis and performance metrics is a plus
