Skills Required

Core Technical Skills

AI/ML Expertise
:

  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
  • Ability to design, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models into production.
  • Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models), generative AI, and prompt engineering.

Software Engineering & Development
:

  • Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript ), or similar.
  • Backend development (APIs, databases, microservices).
  • Frontend development (React, , or similar frameworks).
  • Experience in integrating AI into real-world applications.

Cloud & Infrastructure
:

  • Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
  • DevOps knowledge: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Managing deployments, scalability, and optimization.

Data Engineering
:

  • Handling large datasets, preprocessing, and data pipelines.
  • SQL & NoSQL database expertise.

  • Share ownership and decision-making as a true partner.
