Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead project execution and support our teams in delivering high-value solutions. This hybrid role requires someone who can plan and track projects while guiding teams through agile practices. You'll ensure alignment with business goals, remove roadblocks, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality are maintained.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Maintain clear project tracking, reporting, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
  • Coordinate across R&D, operations, and business development teams to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and deliverables, escalating issues when needed.
  • Ensure timely communication of project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Support teams in adopting agile practices, promoting accountability and self-organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement in workflows and delivery processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 7 to 15 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management principles.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for agile project tracking and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS exposure is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams.
