We are expanding our team and seeking motivated professionals with 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative, global, and fully remote environment.

Role Description

  • AI / ML Engineer
  • RAG Engineer (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Agentic AI Developer
  • Computer Vision Engineer

Qualifications

  • Develop and deploy AI models across Generative AI, RAG, Computer Vision, and Agentic AI domains.
  • Design, optimize, and integrate AI pipelines into real-world applications.
  • Support research and development of multi-modal and edge AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Afaxon team to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, RAG, Computer Vision, or Agentic AI.

Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI API.

Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and retrieval pipelines.

Understanding of API integration and modern development workflows.

Ability to work independently in a remote team environment.

Preferred

  • Experience with multi-agent systems or AI orchestration.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Exposure to real-time AI/Edge AI or multi-modal systems.
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
