Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports while managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns, and support audits.

  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for budgeting and decision-making.

  • Improve accounting procedures and collaborate with teams for financial planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.

  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is required.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines independently.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
