We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Real Estate Assistant** to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage property listings, communicate with clients, handle administrative tasks, and support day-to-day operations of the real estate business. This position requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Post and update property listings across online platforms and MLS.

* Make outbound calls to clients, leads, and other agents.

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging apps.

* Schedule property showings and coordinate appointments.

* Maintain organized client and property databases.

* Prepare basic marketing materials (flyers, descriptions, social media posts).

* Assist with transaction coordination, paperwork, and follow-ups.

* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

* Prior experience in real estate or administrative support preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, ).

* Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities.

* Professional and friendly demeanor on phone calls and in client interactions.

Compensation:

* PKR Competitive compensation based on experience

* Additional performance bonuses up to 50 000PKR based on performance
