OFFICE LOCATION - DHA PHASE 8, Lahore, Pakista

We are seeking a motivated Cold Caller / BPO Executive to generate leads and convert prospects into potential customers through outbound calls. The role involves engaging with clients, presenting our services/products, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided lead lists/databases.
  • Introduce company services/products clearly and persuasively.
  • Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and decision-making timelines.
  • Maintain an updated CRM/lead database with accurate notes and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales or business development team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Handle initial customer queries and objections professionally.
  • Provide feedback to the team on call performance and customer responses.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in BPO / cold calling / telesales preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Urdu/local languages a plus).
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone quickly and professionally.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
