Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and results-oriented Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in designing engaging posts and creating viral content. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both content strategy and visual design, with the ability to craft campaigns that boost reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Design eye-catching graphics, images, and videos tailored for each platform.
  • Develop creative viral content strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Write compelling captions, taglines, and copy that align with brand voice.
  • Analyze social media trends to identify opportunities for trending or viral posts.
  • Manage posting schedules, respond to audience interactions, and engage with followers.
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Experience in creating viral and trend-driven content.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and best posting practices.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
