BackTech, a leading provider of remote staffing services, is dedicated to enhancing our clients' operational efficiency and financial integrity. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Bidder and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position supports our client, an accounting/bookkeeping service provider in the US. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in placing bids on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others. Additionally, they will possess expertise in social media marketing and lead generation to drive our business growth. This role involves strategizing and executing bids on freelance platforms, developing effective social media strategies, and generating leads to expand our client base and enhance our market presence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating our business growth and achieving our strategic objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Bidding on Freelance Platforms (60%):
Research and identify relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
Prepare and submit compelling and competitive bids and proposals tailored to project requirements.
Communicate with potential clients to clarify project needs and expectations.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure contracts and agreements.
Maintain a bid tracker to monitor submitted proposals and follow up on potential leads.
Social Media Marketing (25%):
Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and impact.
Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Lead Generation (15%):
Identify and target potential clients through various online channels.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
Required Skills and Abilities
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Language: Proficient in English (US), both written and verbal.
Social Media Management: Strong understanding of social media platforms with demonstrated experience in social media management.
Experience: Proven track record in bidding and securing projects on freelance platforms.
Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Lead Generation: Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies.
