About the Role
We are searching for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong experience in B2B SaaS (preferably QA / Testing / DevOps category) to lead full-funnel performance marketing for a next-gen QA platform. You must be able to understand product value, translate complex technical features into clear value propositions, and run high-performing paid campaigns targeting decision makers.
You will own the complete performance marketing engine from strategy, messaging, creatives direction, campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and growth experiments.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Research
- Understand the QA platform deeply (features, differentiators, target users)
- Research ICP segments in the US: QA Leads, Engineering Managers, CTOs, Product Owners
- Analyze competitor messaging and identify whitespace opportunities
Performance Marketing
- Create data-driven paid campaign strategies for top-of-funnel and mid-funnel conversion
- Launch and manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta where applicable
- Own landing page narrative briefs and messaging angles
- Run A/B testing for headlines, creatives, hooks, formats and audience segments
- Build remarketing and nurture flows to increase conversions
Creative & Content Direction
- Write ad copy (short form ads, headlines, hooks)
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting creatives
- Convert features → benefits → business outcomes
Data & Reporting
- Set performance KPIs and weekly reporting dashboards
- Optimize CAC, CTR, CVR, CPL, and cost per qualified demo lead
- Recommend budget reallocation based on data-driven learnings
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in performance marketing for
B2B SaaS - Direct experience running LinkedIn campaigns targeting
technical buyers - Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, MQL → SQL conversion flows
- Strong technical curiosity: able to understand QA / testing tools enough to market them properly
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in campaign optimization
- Willingness to run experiments rapidly and challenge assumptions
Plus (bonus):
- Experience or basic understanding of QA, automated testing, DevOps, SDLC
- Experience marketing to US tech audiences
