Role Description

This full-time role of a Cold Calling Specialist is an on-site position located in Lahore. The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone to introduce Growth Sync's digital marketing services. The day-to-day responsibilities include initiating and managing outbound calls, following up on leads, understanding client needs, scheduling appointments, and maintaining call records. The goal is to help generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Qualifications

  • Cold Calling, Outbound Sales, Telemarketing skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Experience in customer relationship management or customer services
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confidence and ability to engage potential clients effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
