Responsibilities:

- Process and review visa applications submitted by individuals or organizations.
- Verify and validate documentation submitted with visa applications for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate with applicants to provide guidance and information regarding visa requirements and regulations.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities to resolve any issues or discrepancies in visa applications.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all personal and sensitive information collected during the visa application process.
- Keep updated with changes in visa laws and regulations and ensure these are communicated effectively to applicants.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports regarding visa applications processed and decisions made.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visa processing or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of visa regulations and immigration laws.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work in person as required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Law, or Business Administration.
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with various visa types and requirements for different countries.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.

- Ability to adapt to new regulations and procedural changes quickly.
