We are now looking for a Social Media Marketing Expert (LinkedIn/FB-focused) who can strategically manage and grow our B2B presence, connect with decision-makers, and generate high-quality leads from LinkedIn and related professional networks such as Facebook.

Role Overview

The Social Media Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing LinkedIn/FB-focused marketing strategies to attract and engage B2B audiences, strengthen the company's professional brand, and generate inbound business leads.

You will work closely with the U.S. marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn B2B marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and qualified leads.
• Manage and grow company and key leadership LinkedIn pages, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
• Plan and schedule posts, articles, and videos tailored for decision-makers in target industries.
• Conduct research to identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Create and optimize LinkedIn/FB Ads campaigns for lead generation and audience engagement.
• Track performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, conversions) and prepare weekly reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure message consistency and relevance.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, B2B marketing trends, and emerging engagement tactics.
• Build and manage email lists and B2B communication funnels (optional but preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2B and LinkedIn & Facebook.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn/FB organic and paid strategies for lead generation.
• Proven experience creating content calendars, engagement plans, and analytics reports.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar B2B tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
• Self-driven, creative, and able to manage deadlines in a remote working setup.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with U.S.-based clients or tech firms.
• Knowledge of paid campaign management and retargeting on other B2B platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
• Video content coordination or storytelling skills will be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs125,000.00 per month
