Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and driven
Student Counselors
to support students in pursuing higher education opportunities overseas. The role requires
direct student engagement
, from career guidance to visa counseling, ensuring a smooth and supportive journey for each applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide
career and academic counseling
to students interested in studying abroad. - Guide students on
university/program selection, scholarships, admission procedures, and visas
. - Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, resumes, SOPs, and interview readiness.
- Stay informed about admission policies, scholarships, and visa updates across destinations.
- Handle student inquiries promptly and deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support marketing campaigns by participating in seminars, open days, and education fairs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience
in student counseling, career guidance, or education consultancy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to provide personalized counseling and adapt to diverse student backgrounds.

- Prior experience in overseas education consultancy.
- Empathetic, approachable, and student-focused.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude.
