Job Description:

Roshan Packages is seeking a skilled and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee and enhance the security of our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets through effective supervision and implementation of security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily security operations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Conduct regular plant inspections to identify and resolve security issues promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports within 24 hours of occurrence.
  • Manage the access control system to ensure only authorized personnel enter the factory.
  • Develop and implement at least two new security protocols or features to enhance safety measures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security supervision or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle and resolve security issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in preparing incident reports and managing access control systems.
  • Innovative mindset to develop and execute new security strategies.
