Pre-Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic
Pre-Sales Engineer
with strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of
AI-driven solutions
. This role works closely with clients to translate business needs into scalable, intelligent technology proposals while supporting the sales cycle with impactful demos, PoCs, and solution designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospects to understand technical requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
- Craft tailored
AI-powered solution proposals
, architectures, and demo flows. - Deliver high-impact
product demos
, technical presentations, and workshops. - Collaborate with engineering teams to design
PoCs
, feasibility assessments, and solution roadmaps. - Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate technical documentation and solution blueprints.
- Stay updated on the latest AI trends
(GenAI, NLP, automation, data intelligence)
and integrate relevant capabilities into client solutions. - Support sales teams in technical discovery, competitive analysis, and client engagements.
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams after deal closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
- Strong understanding of
AI/ML concepts, GenAI use cases, NLP, LLMs, and automation frameworks
. - Hands-on experience with APIs, cloud platforms
(AWS/Azure/GCP)
, and modern SaaS architectures. - Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex tech into simple, value-focused narratives for clients.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI model integration
(OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face)
. - Background in enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, or data analytics.
- Ability to build basic prototypes or demo flows using AI tools.
