We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Facebook Ads Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize ads for better ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content team to ensure ad quality and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of hands-on experience
    managing Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools.
  • Experience with audience targeting, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in running e-commerce campaigns.

  • Creative mindset for ad copy and visuals.
