About the Division:
Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and "Best Corporate Performance".
With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. What you will do?
Purpose
The role is responsible for executing sales and marketing activities within an assigned area, developing dealership networks, and achieving sales targets to drive revenue and market growth. It also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring after-sales service and spare parts availability through the dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and upgrade dealership networks as per company standards, ensuring 3S operations and after-sales service coverage through authorized workshops.
- Achieve 100% of assigned tractor sales targets and ensure compliance with all company processes and procedures.
- Increase market share in the territory, with a focus on promoting and selling 85 HP and 75 HP SKUs.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, institutions, and contractors to enhance institutional sales.
- Regularly prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, product performance, competitor activities, and market analysis.
- Plan and participate in commercial events, exhibitions, roadshows, and service programs, reporting execution to the line manager.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers, customers, banks, government officials, and other stakeholders as per assigned requirements.
Education:
B.Sc / M.Sc Agricultural Engineering
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
Preferably 3 Years in tractor industry / Agriculture industry / Farm Machinery and Agriculture
Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:
Sales and Marketing skills with respect to agriculture machines.
