Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team. In this role, you'll engage with clients across the US and Canada, promote our freight and logistics services, and develop strong, long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Promote and explain our freight forwarding and transportation solutions to potential clients.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals.
  • Follow up on leads via calls and emails to convert them into successful sales.
  • Keep accurate and updated client information in CRM systems.
  • Work closely with dispatch and support teams to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with a client-first, problem-solving mindset.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company updates.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (US/Canada market experience preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and email communication tools.
  • Confident, resilient, and self-motivated with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Full-time night shift availability at our office near DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
