Job Title: E-Commerce PPC Specialist (Amazon Focused)

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon PPC & Full-Stack Marketing Expert to drive sales growth and performance across multiple digital channels. This role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on campaign management across Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing.
The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable owning full-funnel marketing activities — from ad optimization and campaign strategy to audience targeting and performance reporting. You will play a key role in improving ROI, increasing brand visibility, and supporting long-term eCommerce growth.
Responsibilities
Amazon PPC Management
- Develop, launch, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, bid management, and product targeting optimization.
- Analyze campaign data to make informed scaling decisions and reduce wasted spend.
- Collaborate with the team on seasonal strategies, promotions, and new product launches.
Marketplace Operations & Support
- Manage product listings, pricing, and performance metrics on Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor reviews, customer feedback, and inventory to maintain listing quality.
- Identify marketplace trends and improvement opportunities to maximize sales.
Full-Stack Digital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook Ads to complement Amazon traffic and conversion goals.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) to increase retention and lifetime value.
- Develop cohesive cross-channel campaigns ensuring consistency in brand voice and performance tracking.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across all marketing channels.
- Use data insights to optimize campaigns, reduce costs, and increase overall ROI.
- Communicate key learnings and recommendations to the client and internal stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace advertising tools.
- Proven experience running Facebook Ads and email marketing campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ideal Experience & Skills
- Experience in eCommerce or consumer product marketing.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other performance marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives and email campaigns.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Prior experience working with fast-scaling D2C brands.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Your day begins by reviewing key metrics across Amazon, Facebook, and email channels. You'll optimize active campaigns, test new ad variations, and adjust strategies based on performance data. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with the client team, manage product listings, refine targeting, and prepare reports that showcase growth opportunities.
Every action you take contributes directly to sales growth and marketing efficiency.
Key Metrics for Success (KPIs)
- Increase in ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall campaign profitability.
- Growth in Amazon sales volume and conversion rate.
- Improvement in CTR and engagement on Facebook Ads.
- Consistent increase in email open rates and revenue per campaign.
- Timely reporting and actionable data insights delivered weekly.
