Digital Marketing Specialist (E-Commerce)

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in managing and scaling e-commerce stores. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, performance, and growth, with hands-on expertise in Meta and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analysis and implement optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Drive strategy and execution across e-commerce funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall growth strategy of the e-commerce business.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, tracking, pixel/server-side tracking, and attribution models.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling ad performance and achieving measurable results.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRO, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.
