About the Role

We are looking for confident, well-spoken, and motivated individuals to join our growing Business Development team.

Business Development support

You don't need years of experience – just the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply to relevant job opportunities on behalf of assigned profiles.
  • Work across job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms under team guidance.
  • Maintain tracking sheets and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for updates (no direct client dealing at start).
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities.
  • Assist in building client relationships and exploring new markets.

What We're Looking For

  • Basic understanding of online platforms and job portals.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with task ownership.
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Sheets.
  • Goal-oriented, punctual, and well-groomed.
  • Freshers encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
