Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities


• Develop and communicate display guidelines (planograms, visual standards) to the sales teams.


• Ensure product visibility and brand presence across channels according to marketing plans.


• Plan and coordinate product positioning and displays with the sales team.


• Maintain records of daily display activities, in-store execution, and performance.


• Analyze display effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.


• Monitor competitor displays and promotional activities and report findings to the marketing team.


• Assist in the planning and rollout of trade promotions and seasonal campaigns.


• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of display materials and branding assets.


• Ensure all promotional materials are brand-compliant and well-utilized in the field.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field


• Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing role with FMCG


• Excellent communication skills


• Hands on experience with excel


• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
