Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and design campaigns to capture them.
  • Plan and manage promotions, campaigns, and events to boost brand awareness.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Manage social media accounts (content creation, scheduling, analytics).
  • Oversee website content and ensure SEO optimization.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive leads.
  • Track and analyse digital performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Content Creation & Branding
  • Create engaging content (blogs, brochures, case studies, videos, and other promotional material).
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Design eye-catching marketing collateral to support sales.
  • Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies for different client segments.
  • Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to generate high-quality leads.
  • Enhance customer engagement through feedback, testimonials, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and industry opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing (preferably in renewable energy, technology, or related sectors).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO, and paid ad platforms.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Familiarity with solar/renewable energy market trends (preferred but not mandatory).
