We are now looking for a talented and motivated International Cold Calling Expert to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base across global markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound international cold calls to potential clients in targeted markets.
  • Present Sparkliq360's digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Website Development, etc.) effectively and persuasively.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-ups.
  • Understand client needs and communicate how our services can provide solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling / telemarketing / sales (international markets preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
