  • Making list of books as per campaign with collaboration with Marketing.
  • Testing of newly developed/corrected options of website.
  • Mining Customer data to see which customers have not purchased for a long time and organizing cold calls to retain customers.
  • Ensuring that customer order fulfillment SOPs and TATS are being followed.
  • Ensuring that all customers touch points i.e.; calls, chats are being attended to efficiently and promptly with service that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Building a daily work report for the entire department to ensure maximum productivity of each team member.
  • Additional tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 Years experience in ecommerce management and digital marketing.
  • Strong command in MS Excel (Compulsory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Google Analytics with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Result-driven and proactive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
