Key Responsibilities:

Marketing:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive qualified B2B lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
  • Create engaging content for social media, websites, and promotional materials to strengthen brand visibility.

Sales & Client Acquisition:


• Identify and approach potential B2B clients through market visits, networking events,

referrals, and strategic outreach.


• Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote Logix Solutions' services.


• Strategically negotiate and close deals and ensure client satisfaction.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions


• Goes beyond cold calling someone who builds trust, identifies business opportunities,

and nurtures long-term partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:


•Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).


•Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven success in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (experience in HR consultancy or service-based industries preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
  • Skilled in Canva for creating engaging visual content
  • Excellent client relationship management and networking abilities

Other:

  • Must own a motorbike for client visits.
  • Strong presence in the local market with an established professional network.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: Up to PKR 100,000 per month, inclusive of fuel allowance.

Additional Benefits: Quarterly performance-based incentives
