Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR & Finance Junior to join our team on a 4-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about both human resources and finance and is looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations and finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and prepare basic reports.
  • Assist HR team with policy implementation and employee engagement activities.

Finance Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily bookkeeping and record-keeping.
  • Support accounts payable/receivable activities.
  • Help in preparing financial reports and expense tracking.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and assist in payroll processing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in both HR and Finance functions.
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
