Company Overview:

We are a US-based facility services company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Facility Coordinator for join our Compliance team to support our operations during the night shift. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with strong coordination, multitasking, and communication skills—particularly those with experience in facility management or working with international clients.

Job Description:

The Facility Coordinator (Compliance) will manage critical project tasks such as vendor on-boarding, document collection and verification (COI/W-8, MSA), and continuous follow-ups with service providers. The role requires consistent communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle high-volume email communications.
  • Document verification
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendor partners, ensuring all required documentation is in place.
  • Verify insurance documents such as COIs, W-8 forms, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and internal platforms (e.g., CMMS).
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Work independently, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Regulatory requirements (e.g., ensure all documents meet regulatory requirements)
  • Standardization (e.g., standardization of procedures)
  • Following protocols (e.g., ensuring proper protocols are followed)
  • Meeting documentation standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (required).
  • Experience with international clients in Facility Maintenance, Supply Chain, or Logistics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Quick response time and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related business software.

  • Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
  • Location: Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Karachi
