We're looking for a
Facilities Executive
to manage all aspects of building repair, maintenance, and generator (genset) operations at our Karachi site.

About the Role

  • Oversee day-to-day building and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Manage genset operations, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and preventive maintenance.
  • Handle repairs, vendor coordination, and facilities upkeep to maintain operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement in facilities management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day building and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Manage genset operations, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and preventive maintenance.
  • Handle repairs, vendor coordination, and facilities upkeep to maintain operational excellence.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement in facilities management processes.

Qualification & Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E. / DAE).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance, repair, or facilities management.
  • Strong knowledge of genset operations, electrical systems, and maintenance planning.
  • Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
